Legal Basis and Method of CollectionYour

personal data is collected electronically via forms on our website; this is based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2)(c) of the Personal Data Protection Act (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and Article 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest), as well as your explicit consent.

TransferYour

data is shared solely for storage purposes with the hosting service provider we use to deliver the service, whose servers are located in the European Union (Germany). This transfer is based on your explicit consent under Article 9 of the KVKK. Your data is not shared with any third parties beyond this.
